Again I had a very tough nite ytd. Everyone in the house were on hot fire! I coax ah boy to slp at 9pm. But his dad came back at 9+ & he came in to chat n hug his son for a while. After dad went out of the room, ah boy played by himself till he over-cough and vomit slightly. So I have to clean up the floor and a corner of the bedsheet. Meanwhile, ah boy sneak out of the room & disturbed his dad who is using PC.
He was dragged back into the room coz it’s 10+ already. He flip ard in the bed when he fark and squeezed his fists tightly. I though he shitted, so I dragged him out to change diaper. It was a false alarm. So he was dragged back to his bedroom again. And within a few min, he really shitted. Again I brought him out of the room to the toilet. He say he wanted to shit more. So he sat on the potty.. sat n sat.. 15mins has gone.. nothing came out.. he refused to wipe his buttock n want to sit on the potty longer. It was 11+.. I was very tired & sleepy. I forced & dragged him away fr the potty and he cried out loud. He screamed loudly as he wan the potty. Dad came in to scold him also as he had sat at the potty for 30min w/o even a single drop of urine or shit. Dad took over as I was over-angry and hit him a few times for not listening to me, for refusing to wipe and clean up. Dad aso started to lose his temper as ah boy keep crying and refuse to listen to him.
Fine! We force- carried him back to the bedroom and closed the door, to prevent him from gng out of the room. He cried even louder and even wan hit back his dad wen his dad raise his hand. He reached for the door and bang loudly, indicating he wan to get out of the room. After a while, I opened the door and he ran to the toilet for the potty again! I gave up, I took the potty into the bedroom and let him sat on it. I chased dad back to his room to slp as he gng to have a tough day today. Ah boy sat n sat on the potty, played wif his face towel, pillow, toys.. and yet nothing came out fr his buttock. Next he wan me to hug him as he was tired n sleepy. Soon he fell asleep onto my arms. I try raise him up from the potty and he woke up n cried again. He sat back on the potty again & fall asleep in my arms. I cant even lay down n slp! These repeated for 2-3 times until I give up and hit him again. Dad was awake again n came in to scold him again. Very fed up, I took away the potty. He cried loudly again. He has been crying non-stop, except wen he sat on the potty. Once his butt is away fr the potty, he cried continuously.
I believe he’s having constipation. So after much coaxing, he finally agree to a massage on his tummy and legs.. where he dozed off half naked. He don wan wear any diaper or pant. After he slpt soundly, I quickly put on his diaper and finally I can sleep. It’s 1pm by the way. He woke up ard 2 time in middle of the night & cried again..
I thought he will wake up late. But surprised to see him awake at 7am, after my bath. He was yawning all the way to school. I was sleepy too.. Had wish to take a half-day leave to catch more sleep, but din in the end.
It’s only the beginning.. n I already cant take it.. Seriously I wonder how long I can tahan b4 I go crazy.. He’s too active and his attitude and the stubbornness is like a 5yo kids. He know what he wants and insist on having it till the end. It’s only a potty, not some nice toys or sweets or food lor! And he can scream n cried until both me and hb salute to him..
