Sleepless Nite Again

Well, my run is over.. but it the beginning of another nite mare.. erm.. not really nite mare.. tink "Sleepless nites" sound a bit beta. I have a nice slp b4 my run.. and did pretty well for the run, or within my target. BUT... 1 tink went out of my expectation.. and that is the change in my son's nite behaviour.

Wen v return fr the run, ah boy already had his afternn nap, so i din get to take a short afternn nap for myself. Late evening.. he felt slpy and i tog he can doze off early for the nite... He slpt at 8pm and woke up at 9+. Try coax him back to slp, which unfortunately he's too alert... So play wif him for a while... n try coax him to slp again at 10+.. he simply refuse to slp. No matter how i rock him, feed him, lay him by my side... his eyes still wide OPEN. My head was giddy again.. i'm too tired fr the early wake up and the run tt i couldnt take it.. i push over the bb responsibility to hb and doze off to my dreamland. Not sure how hb sayang ah boy to slp.. but he kept waking up ard 4-5 times tt nite for some water feeding.. Din slp well tt monday morning.

Monday evening: I try let ah boy slp at 9+ as he's yawning since he reach hm. Yet he kept playing in his cot and refuse to doze off even wen the clock struck 11pm. Sucks! I'm so beat tired from the lack of slp and rest ( my boss' son, maid and nephew are in the office today n i cant even rest in office lor). Now my son don even wan co-operate wif me... Again i push responsibility to hb.. as i ignore ah boy's plea n loud cries in his cot. I doze off within a few sec. Heard hb say he brought ah boy out to watch tv in living rm.. and ah boy doze off in his shoulder while he watch his show.. I provide such a comfortable, dark n quiet rm for him to slp, he cant slp. Outside in a bright-lit rm, wif noise fr TV and an uncomfortable sofa, he can doze off lor? Cant understand wat ah boy wans?

Ok.. lucky tue nites onwards, ah boy is back to his routine, where he will doze off at the usual 10pm. Guess it is the over-nite stay at MIL's hse tt break his nite slpg habit. Which in turn is affecting my beautiful sleeps.. He still wakes up 4-5 times a nite since monday... Hai~ His nite waking is still a problem for me... =(

Sealed with Love @ 3:24 PM
