Poor Ah Boy is SICK again.. so r the Parents!
Hb started to cough early this wk, and he spread his germs to me. I started to have soar throat follow by cough since wed. Next it spread to ah boy. Early on thu morning at 5am, ah boy started wif a high fever measured at 37.57 deg C under his armpit. Fed him wif some fever medicine, and he couldnt fall asleep even though he was very sleepy. He vomited onto me & my bed while he played. In the end, I had to personally carry him in my arms and rock him to slp. He slpt at 6.30 and woke up at 8.30. His temperature measured at 37+ deg c. Couldnt measure well as he keep shifting ard. But can feel his fever went down a bit. End up our event for the day is cancel.
In the afternoon, he started to cough... He was sleepy whole day but he felt so uncomfortable inside him tt he slept only 30min each session. Can c him yawn, grumble, crying whole day. Not to mention the nite time, make me unable to slp well again.
Tis morning was the 9mth Physical review at polyclinic. He woke up wif a hoarse sound and was coughing badly too. So i went to c a doctor wif ah boy at the polyclinic. It was super crowded. Ytd is a PH, plus woodlands polyclinic is closed for reno, end up the patients either go Yishun or CCK. Lucky i request to have same doc as ah boy, we cut Q & managed to c a doc within 2hrs. Ah boy aso cannot do his physical review as he was sick. He failed the hearing test (i.e. deaf) coz of his sickness, so the review was postponed. Hai.. nid to take another day of leave again! His temperature was measured at 36.5, no fever. We both were given 3 set of medicines, including antibiotics each. I was shocked wen doc say she wan prescribe antibiotics for ah boy, but luckily it is in liquid form. Coz i doubt he can swallow if they were tablets form.
In the afternoon, ah boy has lost his voice totally. Wen he cry, cant even hear him, only c his face red wif tears flowing out. He kept putting his fingers into his mouth, like trying to dig his throat. Guess his throat is very itchy, making him super uncomfortable.
Poor boy... wen will u recover? Hopefully we all (including daddy) can recover fast fast.. so no more spreading of germs ard...
