BEST IMPREZZIONE
I specially ordered the above, a crystal (chinese) name chop wif a bit of tai mao & umbilical cord, from Best Imprezzione at a promo at taka. But experience wif this shop sucks badly.. 1stly, the item is suppose to be ready ard 4 wks, but v only received the call fr them after 5wks. I went down to their office to collect, and was given a wrong product! The name at the bottom should be in simplified chinese (which i specify correctly when i ordered), but it's bottom shows the traditional chinese writings, and i cant figure out if the wordings r correct or not! The surname is readible, but not the Wei & Lun (Paisai.. i got no chinese wordings on my pc, so cant translate in chinese). Anyway, i wasnt happy wif the wordings so i request them to change. The staffs aso willingly to change it for me as they aso cant figure out the wordings if correct or not! Sucks!They promised to RUSH the amendment for me. The factory need to change everyting, extract out the hair n cord, then remake a new one... So i waited for another 4mths, den i cor them up to chase! The staffs say it be ready in a wk time.. A wk gone n i cor again. They promised to courier to me a wk again, still no cor fr them. I cor them the 3rd time! Then the staff say will courier to me over the wkends.. They really know how to drag... I already paid them in full, n i don wan to quarrel wif them, for fear they don return the umbilical cord to me or give me a poor quality product for me... Now i got my stuff, i gng to complaint online and blacklist the shop! So beware of tis shop! Btw, the selling price of this crystal is more expensive than other shops.. So I regret in gtg the crystal fr them.
